First legal opinion
We provide first legal opinion to our members before they engage to legal proceedings with regard to their inquiries related to potential violation of banking and insurance law and generally the regulatory framework pertaining to such services.
Daily action
Each day we respond to members who may have been incorrectly advised or misinformed about their investments or insurance contracts. We carefully assess each case and take immediate action, pressing the monitoring authorities for disciplinary measures and initiating legal action through our specialised lawyers to win compensation for aggrieved members.
