The case refers to the depositors and bondholders of Laiki Bank and Bank of Cyprus whose assets were expropriated by the State of Cyprus during the ‘BAIL IN” process in March 2013. HELINAS has managed to bring together 5 Law Firms in Greece, UK and USA and almost 1000 Greek Citizens and companies have filled for International Arbitration to ICSID in Washington.
