The case is still open to investors who want to participate (until April 2023) and refers to the enlisted company “Folli-Follie” which is alleged for defrauding investors by forging its financial statements for many years. HELINAS has organized hundreds of aggrieved investors to file for criminal charges and compensation to the civil courts. Both proceedings are open and pending to be adjudicated by courts.
